Procedure

Documents for translation can be supplied by e-mail or as hard copy.

Translation work will be charged at different rates according to the following:

• the source language (English or German)
• the subject matter
• urgency

Upon receipt of a document TuijlVertaal can provide a quotation for the translation. At this stage a delivery date will also be agreed.

Patent translations from English into Dutch in the area of molecular genetics, medicine or chemistry are currently charged at 9.30 eurocents per word (plus VAT). Urgent translations are charged at 10.20 eurocents per word (plus VAT).
